Terms & Conditions
Booking
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email, or in person. We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance to ensure availability of your preferred date and time.
As our practitioners follow a continuous professional training programme, we cannot guarantee continuity with a specific practitioner at all times.
Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. While we try to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to deny rescheduling for clients who have changed their booking more than three times within the past twelve months.
Online Bookings, Deposit and Refund Policy
A deposit is required for online bookings, which will count toward your consultation fee. If no treatment is taken, the deposit will be retained as a consultation fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposits will be retained for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
For non-online bookings, we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a booking deposit being charged for future treatments.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. We recommend arriving five minutes before your scheduled time.
Appointment Preparation
Please avoid consuming alcohol for at least 12 hours before your appointment. We will advise you on any specific preparation required for your treatment. Failure to follow guidance may result in cancellation, reduced treatment time, or additional charges.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of treatment. Our clinic accepts cash, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in invoices being sent to debt collection services, with any associated legal or collection costs added to the invoice.
Treatment Packages
All treatment packages must be paid in full by the day of the first treatment. Changes to packages are discretionary. If you cannot complete a purchased package, refunds will be calculated as the total package price minus any treatments received or cancelled within 24 hours.
